We'd like to welcome Koni Prettyman as our new condo helper. She is the one who keeps our condo looking nice and clean. Sometimes that can be a little tough to do when people leave and others arrive on the same day. That is why we ask that all departing guests leave by noon and all arriving guests arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM. Koni has a lot to do in those three hours!We just started advertising for the upcoming Spring and Summer months. If you are at all interested in renting our cute and comfortable condo, send us an email soon, as things begin filling up fast.
